Budgeting
We start with the design and budgeting phases to understand your vision and how we can work within your budget to maximize value. Whether you customize a pre-selected plan or collaborate with one of our recommended architects, who will masterfully compose the details of your dream home, we have the resources to bring your design to life. We ensure the right fit for you, and our seamless approach to design-build translates into a cost-effective and smooth experience. Your project manager, designers, and architects will collaborate to ensure your dream becomes a reality. This multi-step process includes concept enhancement, budgeting, preliminary selections, drafting, and specification development.
STEP 2
Contract &
Scheduling
Our owner Eric Brown, will guide you through our turnkey building process—from contracts to payment structure and construction scheduling. The custom home build process begins with a client kickoff meeting where final project scheduling is developed, and you will meet with our supply partners to finalize finishes and start seeing your vision come to life.
STEP 3
Visualization & BuildingProcess
This is the phase where you will see your project take shape. Watch as your home is marked, poured, and skillfully constructed! Throughout the construction phase, we keep you involved with consistent communication, progress updates, onsite milestone meetings, and daily site visits by our owner. We believe that the owner being on-site every day is the Everett point of difference.
STEP 4
Quality Control & Approval
Quality control is what Everett is known for. You will see our quality standards guarantee, highly detailed punch list, and specifications written to trade contractors. You can also go on a construction tour with our owner at any time. Your house becomes a home when we hand you the keys to your dream come true, and you get to live in what once was just an idea.
